According to CopCorp licensing, FREEZE Clothing has gained the rights to sell the 'Fifty Shades'-inspired clothing.
HYP will be selling hosiery and garters and a company called Briefly Stated will sell themed pyjamas, loungewear and underwear.
The clothing range will be available in North America where the novel has already shifted 20 million copies so far.
Fifty Shades of Grey has now sold more than 40 million copies worldwide. It became the best-selling book ever on Amazon.co.uk just four months after its release, surpassing JK Rowling's final Harry Potter instalment.
