Margera was allegedly placed in a holding cell in the airport for smelling of alcohol and loudly yelling obscenities at fellow passengers as they waited for a flight.
The Viva la Bam host was eventually released from custody and caught a later flight after authorities judged he was in more lucid condition.
Margera later confirmed to TMZ that he had been detained, but denied that he was drunk.
Earlier this year, Margera was arrested at Mardi Gras in New Orleans for allegedly entering a swimming pool with his clothes on.
He was also reportedly caught in a street fight with an undefeated boxer while visiting Australia in March.
