The Britain's Got Talent judge was "moments from death" during the birth of second daughter Hollie Rose back in January and required a number of emergency blood transfusions.
Speaking in the aftermath of the scare, Holden said that although she feels "heavier", she is just happy to have come through unscathed.
"I'm lucky. Through all of my pregnancies, I was just baby," she told New. "I don't weigh myself but I can feel I'm heavier than I was before I was pregnant, but I don't care."
On how becoming parents has affected her marriage to Chris Hughes, she continued: "I think children can make or break a relationship and I think it's made ours stronger. We bicker like anything but I love him to bits."
Holden has ruled out having any more children, saying that she is "really happy" to have Hollie Rose and 6-year-old Lexi.
