The former porn star was arrested in May after crashing her car into a lamppost, upon which her blood-alcohol level was determined to be .13.
The mother-of-two initially entered a not guilty plea in July, but has now pleaded guilty to misdemeanour DUI and driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 or higher.
As part of the plea deal, one count of driving with a suspended license was dropped, reports TMZ.
Jameson was sentenced to three years' probation and instructed to complete an alcohol education course and take part in a Mothers Against Drunk Driving programme.
The 38-year-old recently filed a restraining order against former friend Shana Burroughs, claiming that he was terrorising her family.
