The French actor will be questioned by Berry's lawyer about the paparazzi in Paris, where Berry wants to move with her daughter Nahla, reports TMZ.

Martinez apparently will bring up how the paparazzi in France are "far more respectful and less aggressive" than in the US.
France is known for its strict laws on paparazzi snapping photos of young children.
Martinez is also said to be talking about "their living arrangement and his involvement with Nahla" and how Berry is a good mother.
In June, Berry was ordered to pay Aubry a monthly support fee worth $20,000 (£12,700).
