According to local broadcaster WSB TV2, the Atlanta, Georgia building suffered its second fire in four months on Monday (August 27). No serious damage has been reported.
The initial blaze took place in May, though the cause was unclear.
Monday's fire was reported just before 11am, when flames broke out on the 200,000-square foot complex's roof, which is currently undergoing repair.
No injuries were reported and the Atlanta Fire Department confirmed that there has been no structural damage.
Investigations into the cause of the incident are ongoing.
Perry's studio includes a post-production room, five sound stages, a 400-seat theater, private screening room and a backlot.
