Kidman insists: 'I'm not pregnant'

Nicole Kidman has laughed off reports that she is pregnant.

Media speculation of a possible pregnancy has been rife for a number of months now, despite the actress' representatives denying the claim in the summer.

Kidman has now revealed the rumours have spread to such lengths that her family aren't even sure anymore: "No, I am not pregnant. My mum rang me up and said, 'Are you pregnant?' And I said, 'No, Mum, you'd be the first to know.' And we just laughed about it because there's not much else you can do."

The actress went on to bemoan the fickle opinion of the public, regarding her size: "One minute I'm being told I'm too thin, the next I'm told I'm fat and it must be because I'm expecting a baby. It's very confusing.
