The National Enquirer has claimed that Aniston is pregnant and planning a "shotgun wedding" in Mexico.
However, Aniston's rep has now told E! News that there is no truth to the report, saying: "It's all just another fabrication."
The Friends star's rep was also recently forced to deny rumours that the actress had split from Theroux, just days before the couple's engagement was confirmed.
Aniston's ex-husband Brad Pitt reportedly called her to offer his congratulations on her engagement.
