The 'My Prerogative' singer checked into a treatment facility in early August, several months after being arrested on suspicion of a DUI.
Reports emerged this week that Brown had abruptly left rehab early, but wife and manager Etheridge insisted to Rumor Fix that he had actually "graduated".
"No one is worried. We are all supportive and proud," Etheridge commented.
Brown had entered rehab as part of a plea deal to resolve his March DUI arrest.
He must also serve three years' probation.
