The couple are expecting their first child together in the coming weeks. They confirmed in May that they are having a baby girl.
Williams is said to have signed up for the exclusive suite at London's Portland Hospital, reports the Daily Star.
The VIP birthing team were previously used by Victoria and David Beckham in the past for the births of Brooklyn and Romeo.
Despite living in Los Angeles for the past six years, the singer reportedly prefers the option of his wife giving birth in London, after asking David Beckham for advice.
A source said: "Robbie is so excited about becoming a dad but he wants everything to be perfect and he's doing everything in his power to make the birth stress-free and faultless.
"Victoria's personal gynaecologist Malcolm Gillard has retired now, but his successor and his whole team will be assisting Rob and Ayda.
"They have booked a birthing suite at the unit and are really happy after meeting all the staff."
Robbie Williams recently announced four live shows for later this year.
