Wilmer Valderrama has been sued by two drivers who claim he failed to pay them for two days of work.

Court documents obtained by E! reveal that Valderrama hired drivers Thomas McNeal and James Martell from June 3 to June 4 for his YouTube breakdancing webseries King of the Floor.

Both men allege that the That '70s Show tar promised them $25 (£15.75) an hour for their work, and that they drove for the star for over 18 hours.

They claim that they have yet to receive any payment for their service, and are now demanding compensation in the new suit.

McNeal and Martell are seeking $90,000 (£56,727) in damages, restitution and continuing wages.

Valderrama, who recently did a stint on Raising Hope, has yet to comment on the pending lawsuit.
