Men in Black actor Rip Torn was arrested and charged with drink driving on Monday after a car accident in New York.
According to website TMZ, the 75-year-old actor refused to cooperate with police and refused a blood-alcohol test. There are no reports of any injuries sustained in the collision, which took place in the suburbs of North Salem.
Torn, who has also starred in Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story, was acquitted of driving while intoxicated (DWI) in a separate incident two years ago.
