Depp gets £20k trailer makeover

Johnny Depp has received a £20,000 makeover on his trailer on the set of his new film, Sweeney Todd.

According to The Mirror, Depp demanded that his trailer be decorated in a Moroccan style and the producers at Pinewood Studios were happy to oblige.

The trailer was decked out with Moroccan drapes, a number of sheesha pipes and lit by dozens of candles.

A source told the newspaper, "There were a few raised eyebrows when producers heard his trailer demands...But no expense has been spared with the best quality drapes we could find, the pipes and a selection of flavoured tobacco for them."

But the source added: "We were worried after the trailer requests that he may be a bit of a diva but he is really laid back and chilled."

The musical film is being directed by Tim Burton who has worked with Depp on a series of other films including Edward Scissorhands and Ed Wood.
