All proceeds from the event went into funding the British Paralympic Association (BPA) and the IPC's Agitos Foundation, designed to help create more sporting activities for young disabled people.
The ball was attended by a number of GB Paralympians who all got a chance to flash their gleaming medals again as they arrived, including triple gold medal winner Sophie Christiansen, discus champion Aled Davies, equestrian title holders Deb Criddle, Sophie Wells and Lee Pearson.

The Earl Prince Edward and the Countess of Wessex joined the London 2012 stars in celebration as well as ICP President Sir Philip Craven, Lord Sebastian Coe and Channel 4 Paralympics presenter Jon Snow.
