The 'Can't Fight the Moonlight' singer has been staying at an in-patient facility to receive treatment for stress and anxiety, but has taken time out this weekend.

The facility has permitted the break as Rimes has concert commitments that were scheduled prior to her admittance.
The 30-year-old wrote in a blog titled 'Back At It!' on Friday morning (September 7): "I'm on a plane headed to see all my fans in Wisconsin tonight! I'm so ready. I've got a zillion fashion mags, my journal, iPod, water and a butterfingers. I'm all set."
Rimes celebrated the milestone birthday last month and said that she has no problems with her new age.
"Seems I've developed a sweet tooth after turning 30," she added. "If that's all that comes with 30, I think I'm settling in pretty well. So far, the new decade is treating me great!"
