Amanda Bynes 'hit-and-run victim' speaks out

Amanda Bynes has been slammed by the alleged victim of a recent hit-and-run accident involving the actress.

The Hairspray star is facing up to a year in jail after being charged with two counts of misdemeanour hit-and-run earlier this month.



TMZ reports that the alleged hit-and-run victim, named Kisa, claims the starlet poses a threat to people's lives.

Bynes is accused of rear-ending Kisa on August 4 and then quickly speeding away before the woman could confront her.

Kisa explained: "Someone could have died if [Amanda] kept driving. A normal person would not get away with hit-and-runs and she shouldn't either."

Bynes in due in court on September 27.
