An Elvis tribute act has been receiving death threats from angry fans of 'The King' - all because he is bald.
Geraint Benney, from South Wales, has been deluged by abuse - including from one man threatening to shoot him - for disrespecting Elvis with his lack of hair.
“Some think my act is disrespectful because I’m bald — but it makes me stand out," he told The Sun. “If Elvis were alive today I am sure he’d have a good old laugh.
“It’s a great pity his fans cannot see that. He might even be bald himself now because he would be 71.”
Benney said he intended to defy the threats and carry on with his stage show, which sees him act out stages in Elvis's life while performing hits by other artists.
