Stables gave birth to the couple's first child in Burbank, CA on Friday (September 7), according to People.
Her representative said in a statement: "[Kelly and her son are] healthy and happy."
Stables announced that she was expecting a baby in May and revealed that her pregnancy would be written into The Exes.
She stars in The Exes as party girl-turned-surrogate mother Eden alongside Donald Faison and Kristen Johnson.
The Exes airs on TV Land.
