The late singer-songwriter's ashes were buried underneath a new pink and black headstone in Edgware, reports The Sun.
The black stone has pink writing and a picture of a songbird, and also pays respects to her grandmother Cynthia Levy.
Winehouse's ashes were buried next to the headstone in a plot that will be marked with a rose.
About 70 people attended the Jewish ceremony in North London on Sunday (September 16).
Mitch Winehouse honoured his daughter by praising her "short but dynamic" life.
The singer's father recently revealed that future posthumous albums may feature live tracks performed by the star.
Amy Winehouse died on July 23, 2011 at the age of 27.
