Kelly Osbourne: Kate Middleton topless photo publication is disgusting

Kelly Osbourne has said that the publication of topless photographs of the Duchess of Cambridge is "disgusting".

The TV presenter told ITV1's Lorraine that the Duchess could not win with the press.

"I think what they've done to her is disgusting, I really, really do," she said.

"Everyone has the right to privacy no matter who you are, no matter who you are - it's disgusting."

Osbourne added: "The thing... I don't get... is if she had a tan line they would rinse her for it, they would rinse her for it so she can't win either way, so I just think it's really awful.

"The one thing that is hers is her body, you know what I'm saying. Everything else belongs to the country."

Since being published in French Closer, the images have been reproduced in the Irish Daily Star, while Italian magazine Chi also plans to print the photos.

St James's Palace is seeking damages and an injunction in a Paris court.
