She initially cancelled all public appearances, but has since returned to The Good Wife to wrap up her character's storyline.
A photographer from TMZ caught up with Chenoweth in Los Angeles and asked the star how she is feeling.
"[The recovery is] slow, but wonderful," Chenoweth answered.
The actress went on to reveal that she has returned to light exercise, but still is required to wear a neck brace at certain points in the day.
Chenoweth previously revealed on Live with Kelly and Michael that she has been unable to multi-task since suffering the head injury.
"I'm the queen of multi-tasking - I'm not so good at that right now. There's still some pain and issues, but I just feel so blessed and lucky and grateful because it could have been a lot worse," she explained.
Chenoweth will host the American Country Awards with Trace Adkins for the second year in a row in December.
