Jennifer Aniston, Jon Hamm, his partner Jennifer Westfeldt and Betty White have teamed up for a charity version of The Beatles' hit 'Hey Jude'.
The celebrities have recorded a new video for the classic track to promote St Jude Children's Research Hospital and National Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.
Childhood cancer patients, doctors and nurses also appear with Ellen DeGeneres, Robin Williams, Jimmy Kimmel, Michael Strahan and Michael Jordan in the clip.
Cancer advocate Marlo Thomas and country music stars John Rich, Kellie Pickler, Keith Urban and Darius Rucker can also be spotted.
All proceeds generated from the video will benefit St Jude Children's Research Hospital's efforts to find a cure for childhood cancer.
The medical centre was founded in 1962 in Memphis, TN by the entertaining Danny Thomas, father of the group's current spokesperson Marlo.
St Jude Children's Research Hospital won a Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 1996.
Donations can be made on the 'Hey St Jude' website.
