In Ireland, Nicky Byrne stepped onto the Strictly Come Dancing promotion train as he appeared on The Late Late Show, whilst in Japan Rita Ora was dressed head to toe in denim as she landed at Narita International Airport.
In London, Tess Daly and Lauren Pope both enjoyed an evening at Nobu Restaurant. Lauren celebrated her birthday with friends, while Tess Daly sported a killer pair of fluorescent yellow heels. Diana Vickers was also in town, spending the evening at Mahiki nightclub.
