The 26-year-old 'Bad Romance' singer, who visited the Italian fashion house's chief designer Donatella Versace at its headquarters during her time in Milan, donned the iconic plunging floor-length gown as she hopped into a waiting car with photographer Terry Richardson.
Model and actress Hurley became famous after wearing the dress to the 1994 premiere of Four Weddings and a Funeral with her then boyfriend Hugh Grant.
GaGa is currently on the European leg of her 'Born This Way' tour, where she has reacted to recent weight gain criticism while performing on stage.
