Keith Urban is to return to rehab after the Christmas break, according to his publicist.

The country singer has been recently spotted in Australia with wife Nicole Kidman, leading to the assumption that he had completed his rehabilitation. However, Urban is only taking a break, and will return to the Betty Ford Center in California in the near future.

"Keith is on a leave in Australia to be with his family during the holidays," confirmed publicist Paul Freundlich. "This is a natural occurrence at this point in his treatment. He will continue with his rehab upon his return."
