Kanye West is being sued by the man to whom he paid tribute in a recent video.
Retired stuntman Evel Knievel has brought the lawsuit against the rapper, who dressed as a likeness of him in his music video for 'Touch The Sky'.
"That video by Kayne West is the most worthless piece of crap I’ve ever scene,’ the biker said. "And he uses my image to catapult himself on the public."
Knievel, whose real first name is Robert, is claiming that West used his name and image without permission in the short, which was first played last February.
