George Michael has been branded "unfit to drive" by police in London.
The singer was arrested in October on suspicion of the charge, as well as suspicion of possessing drugs. He was only cautioned for his cannabis possession, but was officially charged with being unfit to drive last week.
Michael will attend a court hearing at Brent Magistrates' Court in London on January 11.
