Busta Rhymes is to be charged with assault for an alleged attack on an employee, a report has claimed.
The rapper, who is currently out of the USA, is due to be arrested on his return, according to the New York Post. He is said to be suspected of punching Eddie Hatchett, one of his drivers, in the face on Boxing Day.
Hatchett claims he was assaulted when he went to collect money from the star at around 7pm.
Rhymes's lawyer, Robert Kalina, declined to comment but has reportedly agreed that his client should talk to police on his return.
The star, whose real name is Trevor Smith, is already facing charges of assault, attempted assault and harassment over an allegedly attack on a fan.
