Lady GaGa booed at Harrods 'Fame' fragrance launch in London - pictures

Lady GaGa was booed by fans as she turned up late for her 'Fame' fragrance launch at Harrods in London yesterday evening (October 7).

The 26-year-old 'Born This Way' singer arrived at the luxury Knightsbridge department store in a horse and carriage wearing a simple black dress and her fingers encrusted in huge gold rings.

The star arrived over an hour late for her public appearance and reportedly rushed inside before walking the full length of the themed black carpet, matching her black perfume, leaving lots of 'Little Monsters' desperate for a glimpse of GaGa disappointed.

Fan Luke Reader, 18, from central London told reporters: "It's quite ironic it's called 'Fame' because it just shows how much fame has changed her.

"She couldn't even spend five minutes talking and having some pictures taken. It's not on."
At the event GaGa, who recently posed topless with designer Donatella Versace, joined 75 competition winners for a tea party, with music provided by DJ White Shadow.

It's reported that six million bottles of 'Fame' were sold on its first week of release, which makes it the second fastest-selling fragrance after Coco Chanel.

Taking to twitter earlier this morning, GaGa wrote: "Im overwhelmed by the thousands in London who came to @Harrods I only wish I could've taken pictures w each of u. Thanku so much for coming."
