TV presenter Fearne Cotton has revealed that now she is a little older, she feels that she is better in bed.

Cotton admitted to enjoying sex four times a night, wearing lingerie and high heels in bed and having a Brazilian wax.

She told The Sun: "I like my body and I like sex. So, yeah, I'm good in bed. I'll throw that out there. 'I'm Good In Bed Says Fearne!' There's your headline."

The 25-year-old, who is dating American Jesse Jenkins, admitted that she uses her "bendy" body to its full extent.

She said, "I've got to the age when I feel more confident in bed than I ever have. I feel like a proper woman.

"I can do the splits, which is a great skill to have. I used to be a dancer so I am very...flexible. I'm naturally bendy. If blokes want to explore that quality, then that's up to them."
