The model explained that she used to worry about the way she looked before she reached her 30s.

"As you get older and grow into your looks, you become more confident," Brook told the Daily Star.
"I spent a lot of my 20s feeling self-conscious, but now I'm like, 'Who cares?'"
She previously admitted that there are still days when she isn't fully confident with her body.
"I like my boobs, but sometimes if I want to wear a dress and I can't because my boobs are too big for them, then I don't like them," she said.
"There are days that I love my bum and days that I don't. But when everything is nice and happy in my life, I'm a comfortable 10 to 12."
