Britney Spears has received a stark warning from a top plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills.
Robert Rey claims the singer seems to have aged between 10 and 15 years over the past 24 months, after new pictures of the star were revealed in the American media.
Rey has urged the Britney to take care of her appearance, with the US newspapers printing headlines "Is this really Britney?" to accompany the photographs.
"There's puffiness under her eyes, the quality of the hair has changed," Rey observed. "You can see even some wrinkles. One can see that she may have aged 10 to 15 years more."
