He has claimed it will be a "sensitive, private and intimate" insight into their marriage, which lasted for 11 months.
However, Los Angeles Superior Court has scheduled a hearing for Friday to hear Lopez's case, which will be held in private. Jay Lavely, her lawyer, commented: "Noa's claims are false and defamatory."
