Sharon Stone has advised single women to have children alone rather than waiting for a man.

The actress explained that she is proud of her decision to adopt three sons despite not being in a serious relationship.

"Don't wait for a man to give you children, do it yourself," Stone told WENN. "Then, if Prince Charming does come along, he'll walk in and say, 'Oh, just what I've been looking for, a family waiting for me.'"
