Robbie Williams is considering taking a break from music to make a film.

The singer has met director Roy Vernon, to talk about the possibility of playing a recovering alcoholic in a new film. Williams would play the lead role in the movie adaptation of Nick Charles' book Through A Glass Brightly: The Fall And Rise Of An Alcoholic.

The book charts the real life events of the author, who lived on the street for 25 years.
