Kate Middleton, Prince William meet scholarship students - pictures

The Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William completed their first official UK engagement since the recent topless scandal as they visited scholarship students in London this afternoon (October 8).

Kate Middleton wore a burgundy skater skirt and matching Paule Ka jacket as she greeted recipients of the late Queen Mother and Princess Diana scholarships at Middle Temple Inn.

William looked equally as smart and autumnal in a dark navy suit.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge launched their own scholarships today, to be awarded to law students in financial need so they can continue to pursue their degrees.

The young royal couple recently returned from their nine-day tour of the Far East and South Pacific.
