Coronation Street star Susie Blake is to star in the West End production of the musical Wicked.
The actress will appear as Madam Morrible at London's Apollo Victoria Theatre from April 2, taking over from Miriam Margolyes' run in the role.
Blake played Beverley Unwin on Coronation Street for four years, and also regularly appears on Victoria Wood's comedy programme, As Seen On TV.
The London production has already been seen by over 250,000 people since its public opening last September.
It has grossed over £10 million at the box office and has twice set the West End Box Office record for the highest weekly gross.
