Farrah Fawcett's spokesman has confirmed that the actress has made a full recovery from cancer.
The 60-year-old - who played Jill Munroe on TV series Charlie's Angels - responded excellently to treatment and will return to work within the next two months.
Fawcett had announced that she was suffering from the disease in October last year, but did not comment on the type of cancer.
"This is an extraordinarily happy day for me and my family," she explained in a statement. "In the face of excruciating pain and uncertainty, I never lost hope. I hope that my news might offer some level of inspiration to others who unfortunately must continue to fight the disease."
