Lohan leaves rehab to party with Paris

Lindsay Lohan was seen out partying this weekend, despite being in rehab.

The actress is theoretically undergoing a period of rehabilitation, after checking herself into the Wonderland centre in Los Angeles last month, and the incident follows a number of rumours from within the centre that Lohan isn't taking the treatment seriously.

Only last week reports emerged that other patients at the rehab centre were unhappy with the way the actress was conducting herself, and now she has been photographed with Paris Hilton, leaving a club in the heart of LA.

Lohan's spokeswoman Leslie Sloane Zelnik continues to defend her client, last week explaining: "Lindsay is 100 percent not getting special treatment. This isn't the Betty Ford clinic, it's not a lock-down facility. There is personal time."
