Anna Nicole Smith leaves all to daughter

Anna Nicole Smith's will has been publicly revealed by her lawyer.

Howard K Stern, her lover as well as her lawyer, read out her last will and testament on an American television channel, declaring that her daughter Dannielynn would inherit all her possessions. Nicole Smith's son Daniel, who passed away last September, would have stood to inherit all.

"Everything went to her son Daniel," Stern said. "Now, because Daniel's gone and Dannielynn is an only child, everything goes to Dannielynn. Everything."

Smith's will was altered after her son's death last year, but was previously drawn up six years ago.

"I am named as the executor in that will," Stern continued. "And I was also appointed or named as Daniel's guardian in that will. And again, that was way back in 2001."
