Michael Lohan: 'Lindsay held in car against her will during argument'

By
Lindsay Lohan's father has claimed that his daughter was screaming and crying when she called him during an argument with her mother because she was being held in a car against her will.

Michael Lohan told Entertainment Tonight that during the call, his daughter said: "Daddy, they won't let me out of the car."

When Michael asked his daughter who she was talking about, Lindsay said, "My driver and mommy."

He then claimed that Lindsay explained that she was being kept in a vehicle against her will outside the family home in Long Island, New York, and told Michael to record the call.

Michael said his daughter told him that a diamond bracelet was broken and she had a cut on her leg, adding that the actress claimed her mother was "destroying" her during their row.

He further told RadarOnline: "Lindsay was hysterical last night. She was crying and upset. Lindsay said 'Dina is destroying me!' Lindsay said that Dina does to her what she does to me! "

Michael also claimed that his 26-year-old daughter begged him for help with her mother, adding: "She said that she wanted me to fly up there now. She doesn't want her mother to demean her anymore."

Liz & Dick star Lindsay accused her mother - who she had reportedly been at a New York nightclub with until 4am - of being on cocaine and saying "disgusting" things to her, according to leaked audio of the phone call to her father.

She also directed her anger at Michael in the audio, telling him: "This is what you do. You ruin people."

Dina Lohan is yet to comment on the alleged altercation.
