The TV presenter and former X Factor contestant, who got engaged to Barnham in New York last December, explained that in an ideal world she would tie the knot next year.
"Well in my lovely, fun, fantastic brain, I would would like really to get married next year, but he's the more laid-back sort of bloke saying, 'Oh, it doesn't really matter, does it? We'll wait a few years'," she said on The Jonathan Ross Show.
She added: "He tries really hard to be romantic, but the thing is, men don't listen, do they? They've got cloth ears.
"Every year I ask him for this one perfume, it's Coco Chanel, right, and it's just Coco. And every year he gets me Coco Mademoiselle, the pink one.
"So this year, again, I was sitting there, really excited because I thought the box looked a little bit bigger, the bow was pink, I opened it up, again, same old perfume.
"This was the final straw. I went upstairs, got the other six bottles that I've been collecting from the past birthdays and I went downstairs and said, 'I don't want any more of this, can we take it back?'"
The couple have a five-month-old son called Leighton together. Solomon has another son from a previous relationship.
The Jonathan Ross Show airs at 10.35pm tonight on ITV1.
