Heart-throb George Clooney has revealed that he has had plastic surgery to improve his looks.
In an interview with Ocean's Eleven co-star Julia Roberts for the Oprah Winfrey Show, the actor revealed that he had had cosmetic surgery on his eyes - in order to look awake.
When asked by Roberts what had been the last biggest change in his life, Clooney replied, "I had my eyes done. Can you tell?
"I think it's important to look awake."
Roberts then remarked that she had not as yet had any cosmetic surgery.
