Asked if they should have been published, Dappy said: "Nah, because she's fronting [the royal family]; don't f**king publish it.
"You can publish it to me! I'll look at it... I think I might knock one out. She's f**king fit."
Dappy previously namechecked Middleton in his debut solo single 'No Regrets', rapping: "I'm a Prince and yes I will get the crown, Kate stays in my dungeon when her sister's round."
French courts granted an injunction preventing further publication of the topless photos of the Duchess of Cambridge last month, while a preliminary criminal investigation was also launched.
Quizzed on whether he supports gay marriage, Dappy answered: "I want to say no, but... I get so much stick already. So say 'yes'. Definitely say 'yes'!"
