P Diddy has been accused of battery after an incident that took place at a Hollywood hotel on Sunday night.
The rapper was reportedly confronted by estate agent Gerard Rechnitzer, 27, after he asked his wife to a party he was throwing.
When Rechnitzer subsequently insisted that his wife leave with him, P Diddy, real name Sean Combs, apparently hit him in the jaw.
A police spokesman told the Mirror, "A report of battery has been made against Combs at the Roosevelt Hotel on Sunday."
