Robbie Williams on avoiding affairs: "I always have my wife with me"

Robbie Williams has spoken about avoiding having affairs with other women.

The 'Candy' singer revealed that while he has yet to have any urge to cheat on his wife Ayda Field since their marriage in 2010, he also makes sure that she is always around to avoid any temptations.

"I always have my wife with me. Always. I haven't missed playing around but I'm still a guy," he told Shortlist.

"This will be an ongoing project. Feels unnatural - but so far, so good."

Williams added that banning alcohol has also stopped his promiscuous lifestyle of the past.

"It's a hundred times easier when you don't drink, and I don't drink.

"If I drank, we'd literally be f**ked. If I drank, I could not keep it in my trousers at all."

Robbie Williams releases his new single 'Candy' on October 28. His album, Take The Crown, follows on November 5.
