Britney Spears smiles at rehab

Britney Spears has been photographed smiling as she leaves a meeting at the Promises rehabilitation clinic in Malibu.

The troubled pop princess was hiding her shaven head with a natural-looking brunette wig.

Her hands were covered in child-like drawings, including a floral pattern and the word "push".

Spears checked into the Promises rehabilitation clinic last week for what is rumoured to be a 35 to 40-day stay.
