The supermodel was supposed to present the Godlike Genius gong to Primal Scream, but had to leave - apparently because she was too drunk.
She reportedly left after having an argument with her boyfriend Pete Doherty.
A bouncer at the event told The Sun, "Pete picked up a spoon off the table and went towards the toilet. We intercepted him and guided him out.
He went on: "We were looking for Kate so she could present the award and found her in the toilets looking absolutely slaughtered."
Mick Jones from The Clash was forced to step in and take the place of Moss in presenting the award. He said, "Kate didn't make it. She was there until the last minute, then she flaked out."
