Chelsea Handler is donating $100,000 (£61,854) to Hurricane Sandy relief efforts.
The presenter was apparently inspired by a donation drive initiated by John C Reilly on her series Chelsea Lately on Wednesday (October 31).
Handler has since made a donation to the Red Cross in honour of Wreck-It-Ralph star Reilly, according to E! News.
She is one of many celebrities who have called for people around the globe to donate to the relief charities.
The New York Yankees also announced this week that they will give $500,000 (£309,348) to help support those who lost homes in the 'Superstorm'.
Hurricane Sandy hit the East Coast of the United States on Monday (October 29), causing major structural damage and flooding throughout the region.
