Jay-Z, Bruce Springsteen campaigning with Barack Obama next week

Jay-Z and Bruce Springsteen will be campaigning with US President Barack Obama in battleground states in the final hours before the election.

Springsteen will be travelling with Obama to three campaign events on Monday, November 5, beginning at a rally in Madison, Wisconsin.

Jay-Z will then join the 'Born to Run' singer and the US leader for a second event in Columbus, Ohio later in the day on Monday.

A third and final rally in Des Moines, Iowa will feature Springsteen and Jay-Z campaigning with the US president and First Lady Michelle Obama to cap off the day.

Springsteen and Jay-Z have appeared at various events on behalf of the Obama campaign in the past few weeks.

Jay-Z recently starred in a campaign video called 'The Power of Our Voice' for the president in October as well as hosting a $40,000-per-ticket fundraiser with wife Beyoncé.

Springsteen played a free concert for Obama supporters in the battleground state of Virginia last Tuesday (October 23), after previously campaigning for the politician in Ohio and Iowa.

Katy Perry will also be joining Obama at a rally in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on Saturday (November 3).
